Happy Birthday Samuel Garrett!!!

 Sam turned 9.  Nine.  I can't believe I am a mom to a 9 year old.  Half of my time raising him is up.  In 9 more years he'll be graduating from high school, ready to conquer the world. 

On his birthday this year he:

got a haircut
 went bowling
opened presents
ate cake and sandwiches for lunch
worked on homeschool assignments (much to his dismay.  kids aren't supposed to do school on their bday!)
 talked to Grandma on the phone
read all of his rockin' new books
went to bed a richer man (birthday money is the best, right?)
