After all the driving the day before, we slept in and went swimming at the hotel. Then we spent most of the day at the mall. We went to the movies, rode the Carousel, ate a nice lunch and dinner, etc. We had several hours to wait before heading to the airport.
When it was finally time, we took everyone to the airport. I was sad to be leaving vacation, but we were all tired and ready to go back home.
Scarlet was in a much better mood on the flight home. She watched a video while we took off (and boy was it a rough takeoff/start. I kept looking over at John thinking "we are all going to die" but sometimes I get a little dramatic on airplanes) and then fell asleep. We gave Brooklyn Dramamine before taking off and she was asleep the whole time. We landed in Vegas and arrived home around 3 in the morning. The kids started to get excited about toys, etc. but instead we sent them all straight to bed!
