Our last evening in Montana, John took the kids on a four wheeler ride. They LOVED it. That is one thing that Grandpa always does....four wheeler rides and tractor rides.
While the kids where having fun with John, I packed up the car, so it would be ready for the next morning. I usually pack the trunk because I like to know where everything is.
The video below is a sample of a typical Montana summer evening. The air is crisp, cold enough for a sweatshirt if you want, and a swift breeze. The fields always remind me of the line in America the Beautiful--amber waves of grain. These waves aren't amber (nor wheat grain), but a lush green, not ready to harvest yet. I also love the sound in the background of my kids playing outside. Which hardly ever happens in the summertime here in Vegas.
