ode to the johnny boy
ok, john might be a bit peeved at me for posting these...i told him i was just "testing out the lighting" but who doesn't want to see pictures of a good looking guy? our anniversary is coming up this weekend...big number eight. nothing special about that, however it has been a pretty exciting year for us. i got him an awesome present this year. usually we aren't that big on presents for anniversaries, i think the last two years we even spent the day in different states. i'll post some pictures of his present and his reaction...'cause it's going to be a good one! in the meantime enjoy these great pictures of my usually not photogenic husband. (i don't mean that in a bad way, he is just hard to get to smile in front of the camera!)

Love the pics! I can't believe how much your son looks like him!! We missed you at the reunion- I thought for sure you would be there, but I didn't think about the drive, with 3 kids, by yourself! If you ever need to use our house as a stop over, or even need to come to Utah for something, you are welcome anytime!

those are great. they are like john in person - happy and funny! 8 years whoo hoo!! (we're comin' up on 7 and it just sounds like a lot of years!!)
