We went up into the mountains a few nights ago and Grandpa made a campfire and we roasted hot dogs and then for dessert, s'mores. It was quite yummy! We did take a family picture, but not with my camera, so I don't have it to post.
I just finished reading
New Moon of the
Twilight series so I kept invisioning vampires and wherewolves hiding in the forest.....
Madelyn tripped while she was looking at the fire and grabbed the fire barrel to catch herself and totally burned her hand. Poor girl, it is healing nicely but it sure hurt her.
Brooklyn had fun on the hike with the family and this was her on her way back down.
No, Sam doesn't usually wear clothes that drown him, and he has had a haircut since this picture!
