This last weekend we got some really wonderful rain. When it rains here, we usually like to stand on the front porch mesmerized by the water pouring down. This particular night it had been drizzling all day, and then really started pounding down. We went outside to find that it had hailed and it felt like Christmas! Of course, the lovely little ice balls were all melted by the next morning, but it stayed chilly for at least a little while.
