U2 Concert

A few months ago, I got to go to a U2 concert. It was awesome. John had to work, so I took a friend instead. We also went with a few other couples, so it was fun to be there with friends. The friend that came with me had been carving pumpkins earlier in the day and had a large kitchen knife in her purse. Imagine the gate guards surprise when she pulled the knife out and explained that she had forgotten to take it out. It was hilarious! I should have taken a picture. They still let her in after tossing the knife in the garbage. We arrived to the Black Eyed Peas playing their last song.



Then we had a celebrity sighting. I don't know who it was...see the barbie looking girl holding the guy in jeans' hand?


And look everyone is pointing at her (or him) now....


Then U2 came out!!!




Their set was amazing.




This may have been my favorite part of the night (besides hearing them play all their good songs). Their heads were grooving to the beat. Loved it.
