Sunday Picnic
It was a beautiful day here, and we decided to take advantage of it and have a picnic for dinner. We thought for sure that there wouldn't be any bugs out, but the mosqitos found us. We pulled out an old quilt that my mom made in 1980. It's our favorite picnic blanket because it's so big and colorful. We ate mac and cheese, grapes, veggies, and crackers with hot chocolate to drink. It was a little chilly out when the sun went down. John and Sam played a little soccer to round out the night.

I'm so jealous...you can't find any grass around here. It has been such a snowy and cold winter and I'm starting to forget what the sun looks like! You're looking so cute. How long is your hair now?
It's so fun to hear about your simple, fun, family activities like a picnic. You are looking beautiful, Chelsea.
So fun. Love the blanket! Great memories....we'll have to go camping!
I MISS TEXAS, somedays. I would give anything to sit outside in just a sweatshirt and have a picnic right now. UG. It's cold and snowy. I need some warmth. Maybe I should go make some hot chocolate. LOVE the pictures on your blog. I love your new camera and all your new photos! Great job.
