John and I bought a new camera today. I dropped our old camera and the LCD screen cracked. It still took pictures, but you could never tell if they were going to be good or completely fuzzy. This is the first picture I took with the new one. It takes much more high quality photographs than the old camera. I am looking forward to learning and perfecting this new hobby!

Jessi, I got an SLR, a Nikon D40. I love it! I've got a lot to learn, but I'm looking forward to it.
