Future Missionaries

In our Faith, boys who turn 12 get the Priesthood.  Sam was ordained by his father on Sunday, his 12th birthday.  If you boil it down, getting the Priesthood really means getting lots of opportunities to serve those around you.  I can't think of a better way a 12 year old boy should be spending his time.  I lugged my camera to church in hopes of getting a family picture outside the building after church.  We came home and everyone was changing when I realized that I didn't take any pictures!  So I made Sam come to take one even though he had his tie off already.  (He just loves getting his photo taken, can't you tell?) And John's mustache is purely for Mustache March.  That thing is getting shaved off soon!!  It's like kissing Velcro.

Scarlet in her cute little dress had to be in a picture too.

And church related, Brooklyn went to an Activity Days Conference on Saturday.  (Girls 8-12).  They got to talk to some real live sister missionaries, and came home with tags.  Both B and her friend McKinna were called to Denmark.  They were so cute in their skirts that I just had to take a picture, and Scarlet couldn't stay out of it either. Cute girls!
