Our view from the cottage:
The next morning, we saw a ship with real sails. It was awesome.
We were amazed that the ocean was a different color everyday. This morning it happened to be blue,
but the other mornings it was grey or green.

California Trip 2011
We were debating taking a trip over to California before or after the baby comes. We decided that it would be best to go before, so we didn't have the demands of an infant. We ended up renting a little "cottage" on the Marine Corps base, and it worked out great! As soon as we unloaded our bags the shorts were on and everyone had to go play in the sand.
