It's a.........girl!

We were all quite surprised at the diagnosis. Most likely (Sam is still hanging on to the chance that it could be a boy) we will have a new baby girl in our family! Sam was super bummed, but the girls were happy. The kids were lucky and got to come into the room at the end to see if it was a boy or a girl. It was very interesting for them to see how the whole ultrasound process works. They had lots of questions and the technician was nice and answered them.

It's a.....foot!
The ultrasound technician didn't say much, but a full report will be out in a few days. I'm sure I won't hear from anyone unless there is a problem. We did gather that she has long legs, good brain tissue, and a beating four chamber heart. What more could a girl want?

Whoo hoo! I'm so happy for you. Guess what? I'm not due until April, but we just got lucky and found out early that we are having another girl too! :) Although Parker isn't too upset about getting another sister. He just said we'll have to have a boy soon. haha!

Congrats. It seems like everyone I know is having girls lately. Must be something in the air.

So excited for you! Sorry for Sam. It was nice to have Abram find out that his new sibling would be a boy, but it doesn't always go that way. It is hard to be dissappointed when you know another little sweetheart girl is being sent your way. Jacob was child number four and awaited the news that his new baby sibling was a girl. . . four times in a row. Yep, four little sisters and never got a little brother :) He was VERY upset and didn't want to meet his littlest sister when she was born. too funny.

Well that is great news because we all know that you and John make some pretty cute little girls! Poor Sam though, he is going to be sooo out numbered!!

There are some advantages to being "the only," Sam. Congrats!
