Today was great. We had some ups and downs at church, but overall it was a very great day.
Here is my top 10 for the day.
10. Brooklyn actually let me fix her hair. She bargained with me and I let her wear red lipstick.
9. After the girls were all dressed, they posed for me!
8. I wore to church a flower pin and a ring that belonged to my Grandma Dorothy.
7. Sam wore a tie to church. It only stayed on through the first half hour...but hey, thats a record!6. We had chocolate cake to celebrate John's 30th.
5. John fell asleep on the recliner like an old man. 30 years'll do that to ya, you know.
4. Friends brought over chocolate chip cookies.

3. The kids went to bed fairly well.
2. I'm a bit refreshed to start the week all over again.
1. I got to spend this day with my kids and this guy. I think I will forever love this picture of him.

Ha. Love the comment about turning 30...Aaron's there too - isn't it fun to tease them? They gotta feel good about having such hot young wives too! :) (Although right now the only hot I'm feelin' is the temperature kind)
