I registered Brooklyn for school today so officially it will be just me and Madelyn at home this fall. She is 15 months now and is showing her more independent side. She is starting to say a few words and unfortunatley screams if she disapproves of something. We just took away her binky but she still goes around the house looking for it at bedtime. She is at a fun age and we are enjoying every minute we get to snuggle her!

I can't believe that you are going to have 2 kids in school! Wow. I bow down to you knowledge! You have experienced so many "motherhood" things that seem so far ahead of me! We just jumped the big hurdle of potty training...well, we're still in it, but were at 3 days and counting! Only buying one set of diapers sounds awfully nice!
I will have only Kate this school year, too. Except for Fridays. I think it will be SO good for Kate to be alone with me and great for Lydia to get some intellectual and social stimulation!
